Update README and basic example #40

Most of README was more of an outline of where this tool came from.

Moved that to https://github.com/skybet/cali/wiki/Overview

@WheresAlice can you think of anything worth adding to README beyond this?

A bit more sales pitch in the README might be good. A prominent link to the overview wiki page explaining why somebody might want to use Cali would be a good start towards that.
