Don't set WorkDir to a const when WorkDir has been configured in a task

Fixes a use case I have where I need tasks to start in a location other than /tmp/workspace. Does not alter existing behaviour.

It's been so long since I released a new version of the library. I'll do that later. For now, just merging this to master.
