Tile Entities (power generation blocks)

Getting a weird issue where when someone has placed a Steam Turbine or a BioFuel generator in the world, maybe specifically the Deep Dark dim from ExtraUtilties, it's spawning in a lot of Tile Entities. Like 20-30 minutes it's in the hundreds of thousands from just 2-3 generators.

This is also happening while they are not running and in unloaded chunks/dims. (As well as while running and loaded either by player or chunk loader).

This is not an issue with MFR's tiles if it's occurring while they are not loaded, as they do not exist if unloaded.
