As demonstrated by this: java.lang.ClassCastException: crazypants.enderio.machine.spawner.TilePoweredSpawner cannot be cast to crazypants.enderio.machine.killera.TileKillerJoe MFR is not the only mod crashing with nonsense errors. Your world is corrupt.
