Nether ores pulverizer problem #23

I did something wrong with my mods. I cannot pulverize any nether ores (nether sulfur, saltpeper, nether coal etc.) What did I screw up? My mods: http://pastebin.com/CaiKg6kp Default configs. Forge 10.13.0.1199

Edit: I didn't touch the common.cfg from netherores. B:PulverizerRecipes=true

Download RC3 of NetherOres.

I am on NetherOres-[1.7.10]2.3.0RC3-84.jar The issue persists.
