Crash when exploring the world. #37

I got an odd crash when exploring my world between this and CustomItems: http://pastebin.com/Utqg53rx I've sent this to the devs of CustomItems as well to see if they can fix it. Forge: 1395 NetherOres: 2.3.1B1

This has to be handled by CustomItems.
