integrate remaining minerals from Mindat #15

Previous work not documented through issues brought in rock classification and commodities from Mindat. Commodities were blended together with the MRData listing of commodities and include some minerals that are also commodities. This was a different approach than Mindat uses where there are different identified entities for minerals as commodities, something we may or may not need to revisit ourselves.

We need to flesh out some if not all additional minerals in the GeoKB. We could take the MRData approach and only include those minerals species for which USGS us doing specific work and will have other content to link. Or we could take a comprehensive approach and go ahead and pull all minerals. I'm tending toward the former, though it is somewhat easier to simply process the entirety of a source like this. Along with minerals themselves, there are some other consideration like the Strunz classification system that some of our geoscientists indicated would be useful to have for query purposes.

After further review, we're going the route of using the Geoscience Ontology as our primary foundational source for minerals. Another issue will pick up that work.
