add virtualenv docs and reqs #2

I attempted to recreate the environment you provided explained in the README but ran into a bunch of dependency issues. So I decided to take another approach that makes it so that the env created is OS independent and sidesteps using conda as I've found that the dependency resolver takes quite a bit of time and has given me more trouble rather than using pip directly.
