Add sub-disciplines of hydrology #29

I'm experimenting with work we need to do when Wikidata provides a reasonable source for a group of concepts but with some degree of review and refinement. The part of our work in the GeoKB that has to do with scientific capacity assessment and broad documentation of the USGS scientific portfolio introduces some of these cases.

For instance, we have a start to things like the scientific disciplines the USGS mission requires through the USGS Thesaurus that we pulled in selectively in previous work. However, this is missing many of the terms people use to describe themselves and that are indicated in some of our other texts describing projects. Wikidata has many of the concepts we want, but it's also noisy with things like item stubs (things created and linked but lacking sufficient detail for understanding). Nevertheless, in the absence of some more robust source, it serves as a starting point that we can do a little work on to refine.

This issue works through a process of how to assemble items from Wikidata to flesh out some sub-disciplines of hydrology and introduces two new properties linking fields of study with those who practice in those fields.
