Much has changed since I worked up the initial process of pulling world country references into the GeoKB. I need to refresh that in terms of both the code that runs the (mostly one-time) process and the documentation of that aspect of the GeoKB inline with the Wikibase instance. In this, I'll move the notebook that does the work into the new /harvesters/ folder.
