Work out issues with Geoscience Ontology W3ID usage #37

The GSO used the w3id.org platform for setting up resolvable IRIs. There are some problems with the rewrite rules where the advertised names in the different namespaces are not being handled correctly. These need to be corrected if we're going to be able to count on the IRIs being resolvable. To get things started, I ended up writing correct values into the URL same as properties in the GeoKB, but this is not the right way to do it. I did post an issue on this to the Loop3D repo, but it doesn't look like anyone is monitoring that at the moment. We can fix the problem ourselves with a pull request to the w3id repo (same place we have a /usgs/ namespace for other purposes), but we kind of need to determine how much of an ownership stake we want to take in the Geoscience Ontology moving forward and whether we want to fork it for our purposes or contribute to the core.

This was resolved by the GSO maintainers, but I need to run back through and verify resolvability on all the identifiers we have same as relationships with.
