The work I did here changed the characterization of chemical elements in the GeoKB to a subclass relationship in alignment with the methodology used in the Geoscience Ontology. It also added same as linkages to GSO-GSEL IRIs. I also added a function to wbmaker for transforming graph results from rdflib queries to a pandas dataframe.
