light effect on a group of drones #14

I have a question about if you can more efficiently separate some drones to use a light effect only visible on that group.

At the moment i found only "inside the mesh" property but if the drones are moving the mesh should also move and it'is not quite simple if the drones group changes its shape or mix with another group. Would be cool if each light effect could have a selection index property where you can add a range or specific indexes
