This makes the mod optional on the client side. I'd really like it to be somehow related to the potion HUD - showing up as little icons in the same place as potion effects. A progress bar overlay on each of them would also be nice.

Steps:

[x] "Hello" packet - let client/server know they have compatible versions of the mod (handled by FAPI)
[x] Spell packet - let client know what spells are active
[x] Display - Ideally I'd like this to be part of the potion HUD
[x] Icons - Need an icon for each spell
[ ] Progress - Display progress of a spell. Maybe a green shade from top to bottom, somewhat like how Windows 10 shows progress on applications.
