after a dash player "hovers" or has no friction for cool down
cloud animations or cloud particles under player (like super smash brothers)
add dash counter (like jump counter)
so if dash counter is 3, they can do 3 dashes before having to stop, touch ground
Dash cool down - which is number of frames since wave dash ends, until they can dash again (maybe set to zero)
dash continues until velocity drops below "minimum dash velocity"
then when they touch ground, the dash refresh timer starts counting down, then they can dash again
if air-dash = true, they can jump in air, then press down to crouch, then horizontally dash in air
