Load custom Tiled map on startup #542

Test with go run main.go -map "./assets/luis/tiled files/Stone Bunker.tmx"

Changes

correct .tsx dimensions
add tiletype for smooth platform
stone bunker map loads
compute tile count to cover all IDs for tileset
add cmd line flag for tmx path
