For now, battery is treated as constant wattage generator. Will update / improve later.

Changes

power source connects to lights
newly placed electric tiles are detected
detect circuit clusters on map load
add test for FindClusters()
add wattage property to Tiled Tileset tiles
separate metadata parsing to own file
add circuit structure
