Add simple floating enemy #565

Changes

floating enemy dashes toward player
limit floater height
floating enemy dashes in random direction
add agent for floating enemy
floating agent ignores gravity
fix crash due to excessively speedy bodies

Using debug square for now. Note that the floating enemy does not aggro upon damage, as we haven't designed the damage system to do this yet.
