proxy configuration for dmsg clients

In reference to https://github.com/skycoin/skywire/issues/1637#issuecomment-1620125209 and https://github.com/skycoin/dmsg/pull/229

If it were posible to configure a dmsg client to connect to either dmsg discovery or to a dmsg server via a socks5-type proxy application, such as the skysocks-client it would be possible to independently configure:

• Hosted dmsghttp websites in such a way that clients accessing the site will use a skywire route
• Client access to hosted dmsghttp content or web applications or websites over skywire routes.

This has been implemented for dmsgweb but needs to be implemented for the other utilities ; the existing implementation in dmsgweb needs to be checked for correctness.
