I made all these "Task for" issues (& then deleted the following text) FROM im_bits.md:
"HaltingState: Right now it needs to launch process for cxo daemon,
cxo client, skycoin daemon full node, skycoind/superwallet, meshnet daemon,
meshnet cli and socks5 client, socks5 server.
2 of these may be dupes of existing "issues".
