Problem with Data::Compare #19

Data compare as it is documentably does not work with C-style strings. This can 
be fixed with a 
template specialisation.

I definitely recognize the need for this, but couldn't find how to do it.

Template specialisation is being quite problematic. I'm working on this, but it
probably won't make it into v0.6.1.
