core_cpuid.cpp takes too much time to compile. #5

Solution would be to move the includes used by CoreCPUID into the 
universal_include.h file to allow precompiled headers to deal with the 
lengthy stuff.

Google kept getting HTTP 502 errors. No idea why. Killing both dupes.
