Get the value for the provided form field name #15

Only the form field name for which to send the reply to is currently used. We need to retrieve the value of that field from the post data.

Hey @mjauvin Do you want write access to the repo (just in case if a quick fix is needed)? I haven't worked with PHP in the last time, this is why i wasn't responsive here.

It would be really nice if @mjauvin could have a hand on this plugin to keep it up to date.
