i cannot load a ips rom hack please add support for it

Which hack is this? Are you trying to load an IPS file or did you patch a ROM using this IPS?

My guess is what they're trying to do is soft-patch a ROM, as all ROM hacks I've tried work and I usually apply the patch to a ROM and then load it rather than use the soft-patch method of putting a rom and ips file in the same folder named the same thing and letting the emulator patch it on launch.
