Anaglyph mode #60

Could be useful for 2DS owners and potential ports to other hardware. Some code for anaglyph drawing was added in 754362d, but it's missing a UI frontend. Anaglyph mode inherently conflicts with all current video settings (colour filter, default eye, and depth slider mode since the 2DS doesn't have one). It would probably make sense to reflect this in the UI design somehow.
