Please update hooks for new 2018.10.09-release #29

As the title says, hooks doesn't work for latest release... Please update hooks or probably tell me how to determine the hooks for the new release.

You can try and look through the module code, I commented wherever there was a hook that will need to be updated with each new version. As I said in another thread, I don't see myself having much free time in the coming weeks.... I'd recommend rolling back your soundcloud apk until I get a chance to work on this module again. :/

Working on hooks for the new release and ran into a few issues. The Xposed beta builds are also a bit unstable (to be expected) so putting current progress on hold for right now. If users are interested then I can release a beta build for scd that has the bare minimum working.
