Registration Window scrolling speed too slow #333

Steps: Login to Arena Applet Look for an open contest to open Registration Window, Active Contests > Register. The Event Registration window will appear. Try to scroll down and up.

Actual Result: Scrolling Speed is too slow/heavy.

Expected Result: Scrolling Speed should be fast like the other scrolls on the applet.
