Description

'Topcoder Plugins' won't work

Steps

Open the Applet Login as valid user Click Tools --> Topcoder Plugins Nothing happens

Expected Result

Must fix the Issue.

Topcoder Plugins must redirect the page to plugin page
http://community.topcoder.com/tc?module=Static&d1=applet&d2=plugins
NOTE: in previous Bug Hunt it works

this is a problem if using bat/sh, not by Java web start.
