Login page Layout Issues

Steps

Go to : https://qa.arena.topcoder.com/longcontest/?module=ViewActiveContests Click Register/Submit Click Login

Expected Result

Must fix the Issue.

'Remember Me' must align with the username and password boxes
Login button position issue before and after we click on it
Actual Result
