UI - switch live/creative mode #104

At the click of a button, smudgr transforms from a light and airy creative/exploratory mode, to a dark and focused view for recording or live performance.

The creative mode is what we've been fleshing out for the last couple of months. The live mode just needs the rack and a record button for now, along with BPM and FPS?

This feature spec has changed and should be moved to the smudgr-ui repo
