InfluxDB. Probably the pre-eminent time series database, with a stack very well suited to IoT. Between Telegraf, InfluxDB and Chronograf, everything we need to get started.
BigQuery. Google data analysis tool. An option, seems to be used in conjunction with Google IoT.
BigQuery doesn't seem to be suitable for streaming high volumes of data (see truth 1).
