What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When clicking twice on the tabbar firefox reseizes, instead of giving a new 
tab. The normal way is that firefox opens a new tab when clicking twice on the 
tabbar.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
Version 2.16

What version of Firefox?
Firefox 4

On what operating system?
Windows XP
