What steps will reproduce the problem?

I tried everything and don't know.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?

Latest update.

What version of Firefox?

3.6.17

On what operating system?

Win 7

Picture shows everything. This add is great and i don't want to unistall it. 
Please help. Thanks

This should work now in last version 2.3.0 !

THis happened with the "Drag button", you can drag it out again to the 
"Customize Toolbars" popup if it is still an issue.
