This is not really an "issue" so to speak.  As I stated in the summary, its 
more along the lines of a request.

This is a great ap, but everytime i close fx  i have to reset most of my 
settings when i reopen fx. I use fx 8.0//smart all//close fx window//
disabled never//custom border-resiz//enabled/enabled /aero/drag yes/enable 
small F w/arrow/check floating and webpage
/auto top edge

iim conjunction with autohide navigation bar addon

This allows me to move the navigation item to title bar and stor all other 
items like bookmark folders in navigation bar
