Minimize -> Restore disables rightclick

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Minimize using HCT+ minimize button
2.Refocus window
3.Attempt to use right-click

What is the expected output?
Normal right click context menus

What do you see instead?
Right-click is frozen until window is restored and remaximized/maximized and 
restored

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.4.1

What version of Firefox?
9.0.1

On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.10 x64, GNOME shell 3.2.1

Can be worked around by using [MGSE] taskbar button to minimize instead of HCT+ 
minimize button
