Min/Max/Close buttons aren't drawn where the hot spot is. #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure HCT+ to display the min/max/close buttons in the usual spot
2. Attempt to minimize the app
3.

What is the expected output?
Firefox should be minimized when you click the minimize button.

What do you see instead?
Firefox either closes or is maximized/restored.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.2

What version of Firefox?
18 32-bit

On what operating system?
Windows 7 64-bit
