[Fixed in v.273] - Still working System-Min,Max,Close-buttons instead of Customizable ones, FF18.0.2, Win7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Nothing to do, after installing i got this problem (i've tried temp new profile 
- problem persists)

What is the expected output?
Working Customizable-Min,Max,Close-buttons 
and Disabled System Min,Max,Close-buttons

What do you see instead?
Disabled Customizable-Min,Max,Close-buttons 
and still Working System-Min,Max,Close-buttons 
(Look is great - custom buttons are shown and system buttons are hidden, but 
it's just a picture. System buttons are functional above all, i can even see 
tool-tip when placing cursor above approximate position of system "minimize" or 
"restore" button. 
It's funny a bit, because my last right side tab in the upper tab raw "close 
tab" button, as well as "show all tab list" button become under supposedly 
hidden "minimize" and "restore" system buttons. Which makes "close tab" and 
"show all tab list" buttons unaccessible. System-Min,Max,Close-buttons have 
priority above others, even if system buttons are hidden)

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.2

What version of Firefox?
