Window controls invisible but still clickable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.hide the window controls completely
2.click where they are supposed to be or hover for tooltip
3.

What is the expected output?
no results from clicking or results for clicking button displayed in toolbar
What do you see instead?
window controls being activated as if they are still there.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.3
What version of Firefox?
firefox aurora 25.0a2
On what operating system?
windows 7 x64

[GoogleCodeExporter]

behavior has changed, now there are no "invisible" buttons, however the mini 
close button is still displayed after disabling window controls.

Windows 7 x64
