Request: option to not replace Classic Theme Restorer Menu button #248

With latest CTR beta (1.2.0beta13) compatibility between HCTP and CTR is pretty 
good (no problems found yet). I find CTR's Menu button with icon more 
preferable, but unfortunately it's replaced by HCTP's Menu button (disabling it 
does not make CTR's Menu button appear). Would be nice to have an option to 
retain it in one way or another.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
