flickering/resizing window #6

hide caption ext 0.9.0.3p

with 'smart all' option selected (maybe others as well)...

if i click to change from maximized to a smaller window, then click again
to maximize, the FF window flickers and changes from maximized to a window
that is about 200 px short on the right side to maximized again.  i also
see there is a delay in hiding the title bar (100 MS or so).  also, when
clicking to make a smaller window, FF does not seem to remember previous
position or size.

update, RE: size/position - FF will remember size/position, but only after a FF 
restart.
