Walking sound when flying #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open skulltag with heretic iwad
2. Start a game, pick up wings of wraith or enter "fly" in console
3. Fly up, move in a random direction, don't touch the ground.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you are in air, you keep making steping sounds. I expect player to don't 
make these sounds when in air because he doesn't touches ground and physically 
can't make sounds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
skulltag 98D + rgh_1_11_2

Please provide any additional information below.
