Killcam not working #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into an online competitive match (DM/TDM/CTF, etc)
2. Have another player kill you.
3. Their killcam will not show up.
To make it show up...
4. Have the player who killed you kill themselves.
5. When that player respawns, the killcam starts to work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RGH_1_11_Beta2_Skulltag, windows XP
