GBC/GBA/DS more buttons #201

Make Start/Select/L/R smaller/thinner like real GBA/DS buttons GBC/GBA/DS share same D-Pad, ABXY, Select/Start button position for some DS games, their L/R position is same as touchscreen top left/right for non-touchscreen or GBA games, L/R stick with D-Pad and AB
