notification redesign
~~rare unlocked achievements now glow~~ removed for now
fix overlapping text in dual boxes
dual box label now shows rarity of achievement with different colors based on rarity
rich presence fixed
fix crash due to deletes happening mid-render on rare occasions
move panel drawing to main.c
handle eeprom gba stuff (untested, idk of games that use eeprom in achievements)
moved atlas stuff to its own cpp file
user image shows
encore mode
other stuff that I forgot

Can you fix the iOS build? I think it is just a simple function declaration issue.
