error: option --install-skyline-evaluate not recognized #59

Hi @geoffxy I would like to run skyline in dev-mode. With running ./dev-setup.sh I got following errors:

while I am able to install skyline-cli with pip3 install --editable . in cli folder.

Yeah, for now you should be able to use a development version of skyline by just running pip3 install --editable .. I'm glad to hear that it works.
