Rename bulge to hasBulge to maintain consistency with DXF documentation: Boundary Path Data

@skymakerolof I think this PR is clear by itself (just a change to adjust code to DXF documentation) but let me know if something seems off. If this is OK I will make a PR with the bulge fix. Otherwise we can discuss here whatever doubt you may have.
