UTF-8 problem #42

Seems like the output is not stored in UTF-8. In vatsim-data.json I find eg. this (even though my editor opens it as UTF-8):

"name": "Soulié LFJL",
"callsign": "FCYJMS",

Seems to be VATSIM providing invalid data since the browser doesn't even show this data correctly: https://data.vatsim.net/v3/vatsim-data.json
