revise ignored-profile-attribute warning handling #253

When ttp:processorProfiles is present, then top level processor profile and @ttp:profile are ignored. When ttp:contentProfiles is present, then top level content profile is ignored. See TTML2ProfileVerifier#verify(TimedText,Locator,VerifierContext).
