Support for module internal libraries #361

Allows third party libraries to be held in module internal location (e.g. lib 
directory within module jar.)

This will cater for situations where third party library must be used for a 
particular module, and this conflicts with third party library used for another 
part of the application.

The effects of this change should be isolated within module (and potentially 
dependent modules).
