New official tag and new Docker image for SkyDNS 2 ? #332

Hi,

Is there a plan to make a new official tag for SkyDNS 2 ? Since the last one 2.5.3a there have been valuable improvements, including etcd v3 support.

Could, a new tag and a new Docker image be created ?
